The Department of Diagnostics- Laboratory at CritiCare Hospital aims at enhancing forestallment, treatment & cure through exploration & innovative clinical programs for treating cases. BIOCHEMISTRY
A wide range of examinations in Serum chemistry, Hormonal assays & other technical chemistry is done then using completely automatic analyzers.

HEMATOLOGY
The Haematology section is equipped with an automated cell counter.

Then we deal with colorful blood tests, discovery of spongers in the blood, rapid-fire malaria test, and discovery of abnormal hemoglobin, discovery of blood- clotting system blights & numerical and morphological counting of the blood cells among others.

CLINICAL PATHOLOGY
The laboratory carries out colorful tests for urine, coprolite & body fluid analysis similar as a spinal, synovial & pleural fluid. In addition, bitsy discovery of red cells, pus cells, ova or spongers & chemical examinations are also done.

HISTOPATHOLOGY
This section is responsible for processing, staining & examining apkins removed from the body by hype or operation. These tests help in the judgments of colorful conditions, including cancer.

MICROBIOLOGY
This section is responsible for bacterial and fungal culture from applicable sample from cases and furnishing reports of identification and antibioticsusceptibility.This section deals with the insulation and identification of contagious agents like Bacteria and Fungi. perceptivity testing i.e. chancing an applicable antibiotic for cases is also carried out. samples similar as pus, urine, droppings, foam, pleural and peritoneal fluids, cerebral spinal fluid, throat, observance, nose, urethral hearties and so on are transferred to the laboratory for culture and perceptivity. Sputum Smears for Tuberculosis as well as culture are performed in special safety closets. Serological opinion of conditions, where the culture is negative are also performed.

IMMUNOSEROLOGY
Testing for contagious conditions similar as HIV I & II, typhoid fever, brucellosis, HBsAg, dengue, chikungunya, Leptospira, micro albumin, D- dimer & antigen testing for Hepatitis is performed then.
